ST PHILIP, Barbados — A tragic vehicle collision has claimed the life of Kevon Forde, a resident of Lot 2, Content Cot, St Philip. The accident occurred around 11:07 a.m. on Sunday along Pollards Land, a stretch of road now marked by tragedy and unanswered questions.
According to police reports, Forde was the driver of a motorcar that collided with an omnibus traveling in the opposite direction. Initial investigations indicate that both vehicles were moving toward each other at the time of the crash, although the precise circumstances leading up to the impact remain under review.
Forde, the sole occupant of the motorcar, sustained severe injuries in the collision and tragically succumbed to them at the scene. Emergency services responded promptly, but despite their efforts, he could not be revived.
